PokerStars has become aware of a group of players who were working together in our tournaments to the detriment of other players. You were involved in at least one tournament against these players and as a result you may have been adversely affected.

The players’ accounts were closed and their funds frozen pending a thorough investigation, which is now complete. Those players have now been barred from PokerStars.

In a case such as this it is our policy to confiscate the colluders’ winnings or balances and for PokerStars to add additional money where appropriate. We then distribute the resulting pool to the players affected by their actions in as fair a way as possible. To confirm your credit, go to the ‘Cashier’ screen and click the ‘History’ button. Your share will be shown as «ADMIN CREDIT», followed by the amount of the credit.

The integrity of the games at PokerStars is of paramount importance to us and we will not abide cheating or collusion in our games. We work hard to police our games and prevent such instances. In the rare cases where collusion has actually occurred, we make sure that any players affected are compensated appropriately.

Кто в английском не парит-варит, смысл письма :
PokerStars стало известно о группе игроков, которые играли скооперировавшись в ущерб другим игрокам – то есть были замечены в нечестной игре. Я принимал участие – как минимум в одном таком турнире, и возможно потерпел от них убыток. После тщательного расследования счета игроков закрыли, а аккаунты отстранены от PokerStars. В качестве компенсации мне был возмещен убыток из конфискованных средств в соответствии с кол-вом игр которые я сыграл с мошениками.

UPDATE

20.10.10 пришел еще один ADMIN CREDIT на сумму 5,27$

Буквально через день сумма в кассе снова изменилась, а зайдя в историю транзакций увидел еще один ADMIN CREDIT, на почте лежало след. письмо:

PokerStars has become aware of two players who were in violation of our poker room rules. You were involved in one or more hands with these players. You have received a credit as a result. To confirm your credit, log onto your PokerStars account, go to the ‘Cashier’ screen and click the ‘History’ button. Your share will be shown as «ADMIN CREDIT», followed by the amount of the credit.

I regret that we are not at liberty identify the specific games or players in question. Suffice to say that the players involved have been barred from the site and you will not encounter them again.

Likewise we will not go into detail regarding the method used to calculate your share of the funds distributed. I can say that it is based on the net amount won using unfair tactics, combined with the number of hands that you played at a table where unfair play was taking place.

The integrity of the games at PokerStars is of paramount importance to us and we will not abide unfair play in our games. We work hard to police our games to assure our players of a fair, secure place to play.
